Recently, SINOBERUN has successfully completed the delivery of the custom-designed 1500kN forging manipulator and 500kN charging manipulator for the 150MN forging production line of Wuxi Paike New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Paike”).

The forging manipulator and charging manipulator delivered this time are custom-designed by SINOBERUN in strict accordance with the process requirements of Paike. SINOBERUN has participated in the whole process from equipments design, manufacturing to installation and commissioning, so as to ensure the stability, reliability and system compatibility of the equipment under actual working conditions.

During operation, the forging manipulator and charging manipulator display precise motion response and smooth coordination, achieving excellent coordination with the forging press, stably performing key operations such as clamping, turning, handling of forgings, as well as charging and discharging. All performance indicators fully meet the design specifications and process standards.

The successful delivery of the these two manipulators will effectively upgrade automation level and operating efficiency Paike‘s production line.
